CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
We use a modular construction system of lightweight timber framing.
Structure
The floor slabs are built with a solid horizontal structure of structural timber beams and joists, completed with high-strength timber board.
Enclosures
The interior and exterior walls are framed with studs and headers braced by structural timber boards.
Industrialisation
All these components are produced in an industrialised way to be assembled directly on the plot over the foundations. This is not a standard prefabricated home nor a timber house. Only its structure is.
Efficiency
The timber structure not only holds up the home, it redefines its comfort. Thanks to this main construction system, we achieve exact precision, superior thermal and acoustic insulation, and exceptional durability.

In 120 days
